THE INFORMATION SYSTEMS Undergraduate Study Program (S1) formally began in 2007 when it was part of the Nusa Putra College of Technology. Along with the change in the form of STT Nusa Putra to Nusa Putra University, in 2018 a new operational license was issued by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education through Decree No. 108/KPT/I/2018 on February 2, 2018. In 2020, the Bachelor program of INFORMATION System NUSAPUTRA obtained excellent accreditation from the National Accreditation Board (BAN) with Decree number 3667/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PKP/S/VI/2020 in recognition of the quality of education of the NUSAPUTRA Information System Study Program.
All students are expected to understand all the information in this book in order to provide an overview of road map as a student of information system.
The increasing need for Information Technology for the Business world in the millennial era is a challenge for the Information Systems Undergraduate Study Program to continue to produce competent Computer Scholars who are able to compete at the International level. Therefore, the Information System Undergraduate Study Program realizes it in the form of a curriculum designed according to market needs by involving experts, stakeholders, and the industrial world. The curriculum provides students with the ability to design and write programs for the development of integrated information systems as well as learning management concepts and various business processes supporting organizational activities with a concentration of knowledge in the field of E-Business and Management Information Systems.
